Registration

Registration Period

Registration will remain open until May 16th (inclusive) for pre-conference co-located events,

and until May 23th (inclusive) for the main conference and workshops.

Registrants will receive invitation emails from Clowdr (ICSE 2021 virtualization platform) with the link to the site. This is the only mechanism by which you get such link. You can find here information on how to access Clowdr once you receive such email.

We will start sending those e-mails from May 11.

For those registering after May 10 receiving the e-mail with access information could take up to a full working day depending on your time zone. If you do not receive such e-mail after 24 working hours of your registration, don’t hesitate to ask us via: icse2021-help@fi.upm.es

There will be three Clowdr instances depending on the date of the events:

  • Colocated Events: Events between May 17 and May 21, inclusive (includes Co-located Events).
  • Main Conference: Events between May 24 and May 28, inclusive (includes the Main Program).
  • Workshops: Events between May 29 and June 4, inclusive (includes workshops)

    Cancellation Policy

    All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to registration+ICSE@computer.org by 01 May 2021, 11:59 PM AoE Time. There will be an administrative fee of US$10 for cancelled registrations.

    You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.
